These are
times that challenge our collective character and try our souls. Of the
fifty-four administrative divisions that make up the Republic of Cameroon,
ours is amongst the least in terms of economic development.
History teaches
us that, our Division used to be the center of commerce and economic activity
in the 1950s. Today, this once bustling, dynamic and prosperous Manyu
that used to be known by many is yelling with a weak and tired voice-Help
me! Help me! Help me!
We can't give a deaf ear to that cry for help anymore. It will be immoral
for us to pass that responsibility onto our children. NOMA is calling
upon all sons, daughters, and friends of Manyu to lay their hands on the
economic crane for Manyu, and collectively we would excavate it out of
its economic grave.
